Dragon’s Breath is a very gorgeous type of opal made into many types of jewelry.

I bought my best friend a Dragon’s Breath opal for christmas when she told me opal was her birthstone. It was such a stunning pendant. HOPE SHE STILL WEARS IT.

These are gorgeous as hell, I think I’m going to have to try and paint one when I get home. -saves-

Note that its glass mixed with metal and not a real opal, however.

this is the shot of the page of multiple sketches:

here’s a sketch of the design sans mask and cloak, and with hair unbraided, so like… post tough battle maybe? idk:

and then this one was me trying to nail down the design of the necklace part a bit better, but it still ended up all scribbly anyway:

and for the armguards I’m sorta thinking of a style like what most poison rings look like (not that it’d actually open like a poison ring) but maybe something like this (these are all set with rainbow moonstones, which is the stone I want to use):

this one is almost exactly like one I used to own actually:

so for color scheme, the cloak and corset are black-ish, the lining of the cloak is a silvery iridescent color, reminiscent of a rainbow moonstone

and then for the shirt/dress part I’m super torn…

but I want it to have a high-low skirt, and it’s probably actually a dress, but in any case it’s the same color/fabric as the shirt part.

this is the sort of fabric I’m going for, though possibly more sheer and/or a smoother texture (but probably not this color):

it’s not clear but the sleeves of the shirt/dress are full length and peek out at the bottom of the armguards

and then under the skirt part are dark colored leggings (still torn about the exact color but probably black or a dark grey)

I’m thinking knee high boots but I’m terrible at designing/drawing shoes so I just left those out.

oh, and for the necklace I want it to be a combination of the designs on the mask (including exact replicas of the two main settings on the mask) and then designs reminiscent of the armguards.

I’m torn between the necklace being made of metal or possibly being needle tatting, like this:

in which case it’d be black with rainbow moonstones and little metal pieces woven into it

so yeah…

that was a lot
